No matter the industry, business leaders all want to tap into the next generation of workforce. In today's ever changing world, it is critical that employers work together to capture the attention of youth and expose youth and their families to the opportunities available within each industry. In the ICR region, 6 industry sector boards have done just that with innovative opportunities for youth to learn and explore careers that they didn't know existed. This session will share specific examples of events, activities and projects that industry sector employers host to help spread awareness to youth.
