During this session, attendees will learn how Iowa Workforce Development is leading the implementation of enterprise capabilities for Iowa's workforce delivery system, IowaWORKS. This Workforce Services Modernization Project will not only enable the state to meet Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act requirements for case management, it will also serve to better connect Iowans to the state and federal resources they need to engage as meaningful participants in Iowa's workforce.
